This company is the definition of pure corporate greed. There is no reason whatsoever I keep seeing my power bill doubling. A year ago the average bill was about $80 a month, now it’s $200 a month. What is truly sad and disgusting with Xcel is we have reduced our power usage but the bill just keeps increasing. Doesn’t help thing how they enjoy billing customers. Shut off our power due to a mistake on THEIR end that they admitted too. It’s been 24 hrs and it’s still not back on. All of our food is ruined and no turn on time in site. We have 3 kids, can’t cook anything, will have to replace all the food in our fridge and freezer. This company is negligent and has zero accountability or integrity.
They dont even check their power lines/poles on schedule, they just wait until they fall down to fix the problem
