Craig was amazing and efficient onsite. Highly recommend!
3rd power outage in 2 months and there’s never any warning. Starting to feel like I’m in a dystopian movie. My family will be moving to a location that is specifically outside of Xcel’s territory because of this at the end of this year. Also, when we moved apartments, I submitted a Transfer Service request and apparently it never processed in their system. They messed up my bill by $100+, and then when they corrected it they made sure it was in their favor. It has taken me more than three months to get it fixed. It was difficult to deal with 9/10 of the people I spoke to.
Constant outages with no proper updates.
