I wish I could go 0 stars. Worst company and people to deal with. I have been getting sent incorrect bills due to me having solar on my house. I produce more the I use by a good amount but the estimate my usage and send me a bill. I called 2 months ago when problem first started, and they said they would submit claim to get fixed that would take 4-6 weeks. After receiving another estimate, I called again and they have cancelled that claim that takes 4-6 weeks so they have to submit a new one. It’s not like reading the meter ... read more

Worse the horrible I would give no stars but it made me give 1. I have had excel for a year and I have been on someone's else's meter the entire time. I have called for 10 months trying to get them to resolve the issue it took a yr and they will only go back 6 months to make it right and then over charged me for electric I didn't use as I am hardly home and I use the bare minimum to avoid high cost since I had no idea what I was really paying. If you really want to get to "Net zero" (which is impossible) or provide clean, low-cost, environmentally friendly, safe energy to your customers, then you need to move away from wind and solar, since they are unreliable, and move to nuclear. Move away from wind and solar since the materials once worn cannot be recycled, they are buried, and harm the environment, and again, are unreliable.
