Worse the horrible I would give no stars but it made me give 1. I have had excel for a year and I have been on someone's else's meter the entire time. I have called for 10 months trying to get them to resolve the issue it took a yr and they will only go back 6 months to make it right and then over charged me for electric I didn't use as I am hardly home and I use the bare minimum to avoid high cost since I had no idea what I was really paying. If you really want to get to "Net zero" (which is impossible) or provide clean, low-cost, environmentally friendly, safe energy to your customers, then you need to move away from wind and solar, since they are unreliable, and move to nuclear. Move away from wind and solar since the materials once worn cannot be recycled, they are buried, and harm the environment, and again, are unreliable. Solar and Wind plants went in. Electricity prices doubled in the winter and quadrupled in the summer. If this isn't a monopoly I don't know what is.
What a joke. They can't even keep their map updated properly. It says my electricity was suppose to be fixed 2 hours ago
