I am not very happy with Xceed at this moment and I loved Reach CU. what is going on I can't even get a hold of a call center after hours. ��� I want to scream..
I've been a member for a couple years now and can say with no doubts that Reach Federal Credit Union - Menlo Park Branch is the best. Whatever the scenario may be, they work with you and help you accomplish your goals.
Tried several times to get online banking access. What a horrible experience. The approval process takes days. My initial application was denied and the attempt to reset and reapply was hugely troubling. Bank elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. Some of the reps are short, condescending, and unhelpful. The company motto seems to be do not go out of your way to help anyone in any way. I would not recommend doing business with this bank.

My car payment is due today, I'm usually great with my bills and pay them all off way before they are even due, but I just came back from vacation and totally forget about the car payment. Once I remembered I immediately called xfcu to make payment and spent well over 30 mins getting the run around because it was after hours(sun) The lack of communication and businesses hours is beyond dissapointing. The worst bank ever!!!
