I have been using XCast for 1 year and was recently charged for a whole bunch of calls and was told that someone hacked my system. However, they are unable to provide me with any reports showing any of the calls and refuse to credit my account claiming it's all my responsibility per the agreement. The support, if you want to call it that is lacking to say the least. The equipment and features are also lacking, combersome and not user friendly. You have a push a mulitude of buttons just to get your voice message, that is true of many of the menu options on their phones, Polycom's. The quality of the calls are ok, there's a bit of a delay at times and also echo's at times.
