Used to be my favorite Mexican restaurant. This experience was terrible. As we were waiting 40 minutes for our food A COCKROACH RAN ACROSS OUR TABLE. We paid for or drinks and left. I will never return.
We love coming here to eat. But for some reason the usual older greeter was not at the front counter today. The new younger girl that they put in her place did not greet us with a smile. She was too busy socializing with other employees to notice us right away. Just because an employee is young and pretty doesn't mean they will do a better job.
I'm sitting here as I write this... food is the only reason I gave it a 3 it would have been a 5 had my nachos not been coldish... and my daughters fajitas were not sizzling as they came out ( and everyone around us that had them, were)... and the reason is because our waiter sucked... watched him conversing with the other staff as I stared and waited for him to acknowledge me.. which never happened... had to ask a waitress for hot sauce... when receiving our food I preceded to ask for a refill of water and more chips .. for... read more
