Xaviera was very flexible with her time and accommodated to our schedule. She was able to get our home sold while also simultaneously helping us find our new home. Her negotiation skills are exactly what we would expect from a professional realtor!

Xaviera was an excellent realtor to work with. We bought a house earlier this year and she was quick to get us access to any listings we were interested in. I appreciate her expertise, supportiveness and patience throughout the home purchasing process and also appreciate her friendship. Xaviera took my likes and dislikes to heart and it was a very efficient process for me to find my house. I’d recommend Xaviera’s service to my friends and family.
Xaviera is unprofessional, rude and puts her best interest before her clients. I recently dealt with her where she advised a client to make a higher offer than the market supported knowing that the buyer could not cover the difference. When the appraisal came in short she disappeared and would not help contribute towards the buyers short cash to close.
