Excellent experience, in both customer service and quality of work. Not only were they able to fit me in within 24 hours of my request, but the price was competitive and fair! A couple days after the service, Mr. Xander called to ensure that I was satisfied with his work and indicated that he'd be willing to come back free of charge if I had any issues in the near future. Brand new to Texas. While we were on our search for pest control, we came across this veteran owned company. Being a veteran family, it’s important for us to support other veterans. From the initial set up to recurring quarter service calls the tech we have serviced our property is very knowledgeable and friendly. He’s always on time or 5 minutes early. Wonderful service all around. Highly recommend this company.

We called on Friday, and Xander was available the next day. He came and sprayed on that Sunday! Very professional and knowledgeable. He cleaned up after he sprayed and gave a warranty. I would highly recommend him for any pest control needs.

My experience with this company has been nothing short of horrendous. I own a commercial building in Killeen and had Xander come take a look at it to give me a bid. I have hired them for work in the past and they have done their job, but this time I noticed a difference, maybe distress on their end. Firstly, they do not answer their calls, at one point I called them 3 times a day to explain the price they quoted me and would not respond. All they would send me is a text stating if I don't like the price to hire someone else.... read more
