I worked directly with Kelly to rent an apartment and she was absolutely wonderful to work with, and very professional! I was able to sign the lease online and view the unit on my own before renting, which made me very comfortable in the current climate of the pandemic. Although, the self-service nature of Xacts style is just convinient overall! I was reassured to be able to work with Kelly directly, and i would reccomend her for any real estate needs!

Kelly and her cew are amazing. We called her to manage our property after our tenants moved out and left the home in a horrible state. She and her crew cleaned, repaired, and painted the house within a week and she had it rented in two! We are grateful for finding Xact Property Management and would recommend her highly.
