Walked in at 2pm on a Tuesday. Watched servers walk right by us as we waited to be seated. Finally one of them sat us and that was about it. Sat there for over 10 minutes while the 3 of them just walked around us like we weren’t even there. Ended up walking out without anyone even caring. This isn’t the first time we have gone in and left without eating. Won’t be back, it’s not worth the gamble on if we will end up eating or not that visit

The service was so slow. We waited a long time for our beverages. I asked for water and waited well over 10mins for it. There seemed to be more wait staff than they should have yet no one was doing anything but walking around. A waitress dropped chips and salsa all over the floor. Several employees walked thru the mess. It was almost 20mins until anyone swept it away.
I was hoping this was going to be a great experience. Took my daughter in as she is from out of town. Bartender told us to sit wherever. Well that was fine but none of the waiters decided to come to our table. After about 15 minutes I said something and they brought us water and menus. I ordered a beer and after not getting it for 10 minutes we walked out. I cant say they were especially busy and they did had plenty of workers. It was Sunday evening. Ordered through Grubhub but all sides were missing from order. Called the restaurant and was told that the only way to solve the problem would be to order the sides again through grubhub. Ridiculous. Never going here again.
AMAZING food! I will definitely be back.
