I can’t even begin to say how disappointed I was tonight. I have been to the bar and restaurant in piermont , and restaurant x and x20 and never have I had a poor experience like this evening! First when arriving they said I cancelled my reservation which I did not. This was a birthday dinner, and I did not cancel. They said to get a drink and wait 1.5 hour later no one came to see us now it was 9:45 pm we had to go to the hostess at this point and she said hold on she would see what she could do. the food was delicious! the risotto was creamy and full of flavor. the gazpacho was wonderful. the duck confit, cod, and pork tenderloin were cooked to perfection with accompaniments that balanced the flavors of the meals. oh, the deserts...amazing!
I just want to thank Jim and the rest of the staff for making our end of the school year party a success. Everyone was wonderful and so accommodating. The food was delicious. The whole experience was wonderful.
