I bought my boots a month ago and the sole is coming apart from the leather. I work at a desk. Not worth $160. I emailed customer service twice with no response.

I thought I'd give the work boots a try, they seem like they'd be comparable to arriat in price and rigidity. I wore them few weeks and my left foot started killing me and thought I just injured my foot. I spent well over the price of new boots on different arch supports in 6 months and finally bought arriat again and my foot pain went away. My sole was literally twisted.
