X-Treme Rentals or X-Treme Disappointment. We booked a boat rental with high hopes of sailing the seven seas. Instead we got broken equipment, a faulty inner tube which the cover ripped faster than a prom night condom, and customer service that rivals Comcast’s technical support staff. If you want to have a better time then go watch the XXX movie with subpar acting and decent CGI, because anything is better than this company.
Would not recommend this company 10 out of 10 times to anyone. Would recommend it to someone I didn’t like tho so that they would lose their money and have a bad customer service experience 😒
I DO NOT RECOMMEND a single component of this “business.” They rented us faulty equipment which could’ve led to an injury had we not noticed before putting it on the water. RENTING THROUGH THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH IT! The employees and owner are unresponsive and quite honestly shady with transactions. This company is definitely overpriced for a boat that barely stayed together on the river and an inner tube that could’ve taken someone underwater. RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!! Steals your deposit and gives you broken gear. Do not go through. Owner still has not given deposit and has been 2 months!!!!
Had a great time on the pontoon boat with our granddaughters. Giving 4 out of 5 stars only because the rope that was provided to pull the tube broke twice so the girls had to stop tubing. The rope just wasn’t strong enough. It is a very nice boat and we enjoyed cruising the river.
