I've been searching for a professional watch repair shop in Toronto. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Stupid of me to take my alpine eagle to them to have the straps changed. The watch does have tiny specialty screws but before taking it to a chopard boutique, I thought I’d ask them if this is something they can do. The store was busy so the lady told me to come back in 20 mins because “they have to check if they can change it”.
