Amazing service fair prices done quickly
Unfortunately decided to go in and ask for assistance to identify a watch battery. None of the staff knew how to help. Even having the battery in hand I was unable to read the print, but they refused to help because I wasn’t willing to change the watch battery in their store. Terrible customer service, rude older women out of touch on how to work with people. Out with the OLD and in with the New.
Avoid This Store: Shameless Price Gouging, Condescending Staff, and Utter Contempt for Customers. My experience at this store was utterly appalling and revealed a shocking lack of professionalism and basic customer respect. I visited to have a hole punched in a Swatch children's watch strap. A middle-aged female staff member immediately and arbitrarily demanded $10-$15, effectively pulling a price out of thin air.
