This place is great. They have a variety of machines and weights to use and I got to say Chrissy Quimby is the best. She told me exactly What machines what weights what exercises to do to get where I want to be. I also love the atmosphere in there it feels really inviting and you definitely want to come back. I look forward to my early bird workouts. I've been going for 3 weeks and the pounds and inches are melting away. Oh and her little sauna room that she has at the end of a workout makes you feel so refreshed afterwards.... read more
