Meet the Business Owner Chrissy Q. Business Owner I have been in the fitness, health, & wellness business for 23 years. I am a massage therapist and previous owner of Fit In A Gym from 2004-2012. I spent Five years designing and creating X Press Fitness Lodge. There were countless hours spent building and constructing all of the details of my place. It is one of a kind, where you will feel more at home than a traditional gym. We have 7000 sq ft with locker rooms, sauna and a private room and additional private bathroom.

The best gym in willmar for any type of exercise. If you are into lifting big they have the weights and equipment and chalk for it. Want to do cardio, they have many options. Want to do p90x style stuff, they have a room with a projector and everything you need. The inside of the gym is a work of art.
I called this gym last week in search of a sauna that I could use for the day to detox. Chrissy excitedly told me that I could for sure use theirs for a VERY FAIR fee. She even met me here way earlier in the day than normal and helped me understand how to use the sauna. When I walked in, I was in awe of the cool interior and theme. ‘Lodge’ is definitely an appropriate name! If anything, people should just get a day pass to see how cool this place is! I will definitely be looking into a membership here in the future!
This gym has it all, and a excellent free weight selection. The best place in town if you are a serious weight lifter.
I was traveling to Willmar for the week, and they worked with my on a weekly rate. This gym has everything you need, and I never had to wait to use any of the equipment. Very clean, and felt at home.
