Great service overall. X&J did a fantastic job removing stains. The carpet looks refreshed and the rooms feel much cleaner after the visit.

Called earlier this morning to get pricing and schedule pick up time. Arranged for a call and pick up before 4:45pm today and did not hear back from them. I called twice during pick up time frame and the person that answered had no info on why I was not called regarding pick up of rugs for service

It is really nice to know that you have a company such as X & J Carpet Cleaning Pleasant Grove around that you could count on whenever things at home goes out of hand. They came as soon as possible to have some water repair in our front yard. Everyone was prompt and polite. I would love to have them again in the future. Two thumbs up!
