Disappointed The X Engineers Computer Service in Glendora, CA is HORRIBLE. I took my computer because the day before the sound stopped working. It was $55 to drop it off. The first clue I should have had for his poor business practice was the fact that he doesn't even accept his own coupons that I found on his Webpage at face value. He told me he did not have a coupon for $20 off computer repairs until I showed it to him, then he only gave me $10 off the total bill. X-Engineers is the Best Computer Repair in Town! I took my computer to X-Engineers and they did a very good job diagnosing the problem and they repaired it the same day! Their prices are much cheaper than Geek Squad and they are engineers, not techs, so they know what they are doing and very friendly and helpful. They guarantee their work and I feel confident in their service. Great service!
