Minako—Today was my first appointment with Minako. Right from the start she was friendly, courteous and considerate, as she patiently helped me decide what shape and design to get. To make a long story short, I’m thrilled with my nails and her attention to detail. I already scheduled my next appointment with Minako!
I have had three interactions with Xlcusive nails. The first are the pictures attached. I was scheduled with a new nail tech who must not have had any experience. I had to come back to have the nails removed at a different salon because they were so bad. Then, on two separate occasions, I scheduled appointments in advance for upcoming events (a wedding I was in and then had professional engagement pictures scheduled).
