Abby was wonderful, but my structure gel nails popped off one week and 4 days in, I noticed they were lifting prior to that. I was told by Katie I should’ve called earlier and there’s nothing they can do even though they were to stay on for 3 weeks. Katie said they would have fixed it if it was 7 days in but they also don’t have a written policy on this either “every nail salon does this” I was told. Very upsetting, I really liked coming here. I won’t be back or recommend them anymore.
Minako—Today was my first appointment with Minako. Right from the start she was friendly, courteous and considerate, as she patiently helped me decide what shape and design to get. To make a long story short, I’m thrilled with my nails and her attention to detail. I already scheduled my next appointment with Minako!
