Mark Smith was great at listening to our specific wants and needs after our home had to be re-done due to a house fire. He gave great design suggestions when my brain was in survival mode dealing with the loss of almost everything my family owned. Mark kept cost where it needed to be regarding insurance while giving us the most beautiful home possible within the budget. Brandon Mazzacco and his crew did an amazing job renovating our bathroom and building us a banister for our stairs! The carpenter James is an expert and pays great attention to detail. T the painter is so good at drywall and paint. We are so happy they did our job.

In February 2019 I had a devastating house fire, likely requiring a complete remodel from the studs up. F. Lax was recommended to me by my insurance adjustor and I decided to give Allen a call about being the contractor for my rebuild. I knew Allen and his F. Lax team were the people I wanted to replace my first home back to the pre-fire condition. Isaiah and Dale did mitigation work after water damage was discovered. They were professional, respectful, informative, on time every time, called when they said they would, answered every question, and cleaned up like it was their own home. Overall, a super job.
