I was referred to This company by my Insurance Company and couldn’t be happier. The project manager John was very responsive to my questions and went above and beyond in helping us fix the issues caused by water intrusion into our front living room. They even fixed the flashing on the roof that wasn’t covered by Insurance at no extra cost to us. Andrew did an amazing job fixing the wall then painting everything in the room. I highly recommend this company for your project!
Brandon Mazzacco and his crew did an amazing job renovating our bathroom and building us a banister for our stairs! The carpenter James is an expert and pays great attention to detail. T the painter is so good at drywall and paint. We are so happy they did our job.
In February 2019 I had a devastating house fire, likely requiring a complete remodel from the studs up. F. Our experience with this company—particularly with the assigned project manager—was deeply upsetting and unacceptable from start to finish. The project manager Brandon Mazzacco, was consistently unprofessional, failed to communicate clearly, and generally did not appear to know what he was doing. He provided an inaccurate timeline at the outset and failed to consult with the work crews responsible for carrying out the job to ensure it was feasible. A big shoutout to FLax construction for the awesome job they did when my basement flooded. I'm a senior citizen and didn't know where to begin the cleanup process. Day one Kelly Floetke came and took pictures that were needed for the insurance claim. The following day after the plumbing company opened the drain, Kelly, Joey Brooks and a 4 person crew were here to start the clean up process.
