Mark Smith was great at listening to our specific wants and needs after our home had to be re-done due to a house fire. He gave great design suggestions when my brain was in survival mode dealing with the loss of almost everything my family owned. Mark kept cost where it needed to be regarding insurance while giving us the most beautiful home possible within the budget. After devastating winds and weeks following of rain, the flashing on an old roof of the home I bought 9 years ago had torn off, water had entered, and all the tiles in my back entryway porch had fallen from the ceiling straight to the floor; awesome. We had an excellent experience with this construction company after our dishwasher flooded and caused significant damage to our kitchen and bedroom. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and truly went above and beyond to get our home back in order. They stayed on task, completed the work in a timely manner. I can't say enough good things about this company. All the workers were awesome and very theral with their work. They went beyond to make things right. This company is the best out there. If I ever needed any future work of any kind I would call them. Mike the contractor and Brandon the project manager are the best. Very kind and their work is great. We had some water damage in our home. The F LAX team (Trevor, Evan, Isaiah, and Dale) was exceptional. They were knowledgeable, on time, professional, cleaned up the impacted areas, and courteous. I would definitely recommend F LAX to anyone needing water mediation / drying.
