Brandon Mazzacco and his crew did an amazing job renovating our bathroom and building us a banister for our stairs! The carpenter James is an expert and pays great attention to detail. T the painter is so good at drywall and paint. We are so happy they did our job.
Our experience with this company—particularly with the assigned project manager—was deeply upsetting and unacceptable from start to finish. The project manager Brandon Mazzacco, was consistently unprofessional, failed to communicate clearly, and generally did not appear to know what he was doing. He provided an inaccurate timeline at the outset and failed to consult with the work crews responsible for carrying out the job to ensure it was feasible. A big shoutout to FLax construction for the awesome job they did when my basement flooded. I'm a senior citizen and didn't know where to begin the cleanup process. Day one Kelly Floetke came and took pictures that were needed for the insurance claim. The following day after the plumbing company opened the drain, Kelly, Joey Brooks and a 4 person crew were here to start the clean up process. F.LAX Construction did an amazing job restoring my garage after a pipe froze and burst in my bathroom that is above my garage. I called this company after being recommended by a friend. Joey came out to assess the damage the next day and assigned a project manager right away to get the process of fixing damage started. The project manager Brandon was great. Amazing outcome from a horrible situation! To make a long story short, we had a flood that affected our entire main level and half of our lower level, all finished spaces. It was a nightmare.
