Extremely unprofessional loading operation. They loaded approximately 42,000 lbs of freight with so much weight toward the front that my drives were clearly overweight. I went back inside, explained exactly what the problem was, and pulled back into the dock so they could correct it. They went into my trailer ONE TIME with the forklift, came back out, handed me the paperwork, and told me, “You’re good now.” I pulled away from the dock, checked the load, and couldn't believe it — it was basically exactly the same as the first... read more
The shipping and receiving department needs improvement. No lights on the dock Hilo drivers are too heavy to come out and let the truck drivers know that they are loaded! Truck drivers have to go inside and check out every few minutes to make sure the trailer is loaded! Lots of valuable time wasting!
Horrible management. The big white guy bill is a racist. Everyone smokes weed there. Very low pay and long hour's
