The first time I had been here with medicade coverage I was treated great and had a good experience. The next time I went without medicade coverage I was treated completely differently. They tried to send me home without any tests. I had to tell them the only reason I was there was for them to check me out and I had to request an ultrasound and then they made me wait a few hours because they didn't want to order the blood tests. The staff really took care of my aunts needs today, as most of her appointments weren’t scheduled as they should’ve been. JT really went above and beyond, making sure my aunt was comfortable and that all of her testing was taken care of.
I was there on 4/27 with a sick family member, and the emergency room team did a really great job. Dr. Mathena explained everything in a way that actually made sense and made sure we didn’t have any questions left. The nurses—Morgan, Patrick, and Sam—were all so kind and attentive the entire time. You can tell they genuinely care about what they’re doing. We really appreciate everything they did for us.
I had hardware from a previous surgery removed from my foot. A very good experience from the time I stepped through the doors until the time I left. I was treated with nothing but kindness. And the surgery was a success!
