Settlement was July 10 2023 and finally have gotten builder infractions corrected. Get Cornerstone Inspection and buckle your belt. Totally misrepresented product and irresponsible builder . Brace yourself for your property tax in your first completed year and the HOA increases. Buy somewhere else !
HOA cost is astounding for what we get. Our fountain is down more than it's working. We bought it on the pond for many reasons, one being able to open our pocket doors and listen to the fountain, which sounds like the ocean. The price of the homes are very costly. They are now going down for the last few homes left to purchase. This is a gated community as well it's deed restricted, and yet people are loading the front of their house and the front of their yards with all kind of tchotchkes and not following the guidelines. *****UPDATED**** It could be inflation. When the Declaration of Covenants was signed in May 2021 the estimated build out was 117% LESS than the estimated build out budget completed Oct 2023. Interesting. Contracts to support the budgeted lines have NOT been provided or posted on the community website. The only contract shared is the mgt agreement with Castle.
