My move in to Wysteria Apartments was the best possible experience I have personally ever had moving somewhere. Sandra is such a delight! she helped me every step of the way and was very freindly. the area itself is a beautiful and queit place that is very well maintained. I cant wait to spend time here with my family. Thank you Sandra for such a memorable and relaxed move in experience!
I have time today and will definitely report Ms. Sandra to fair housing. I have been trying to get into Wysteria Apartments for years and every time I applied she either decline my application or not respond. Now I took it upon myself and went in person and her reason this time around is why she needs to be reported. Please if you are getting any housing assistance she will not consider your application. My husband and I enjoyed living at Wysteria apartments for over 6 years. The location is perfect, it is on a quiet street, has a trail nearby, and is walking distance to University of Redlands. The property has lush trees that are beautiful in the spring & autumn. We enjoyed the large living room, backyard and the friendly neighbors. Sandra the complex Manager works very hard to ake sure problems are addressed quickly She is absolutely the Best!and she is a greatand very caring neighbor herself Most of the tenants are nice even the children are well mannered and friendly most of the time the complex is quiet we are concerned about the gate at the rear of the complex not always being lockedthe complex is clean and regularly attended to it boasts beautiful trees throughout the property which are aplus
