Iv been looking for a particular model of a whipper snipper and the owner from this company was a legend no bull crap just put me onto the unit i wanted and got me a mad price with extended warranty...could not be happier..fully recommended the boys from Wyong mowers.thanks again for getting me sorted just before Christmas. Don't ever pay in advance for parts, he reckoned I hadn't paid so he didn't order the parts then when I sent him proof of payment he proceeded. when the parts arrived there was one instead of two of a particular part which he then remedied, then I discovered he had sent me the wrong deck belt. when i went to his shop he reckoned i had given him the wrong part number so he was not at fault, he then threatened to call the police and told me to leave the shop which i did after a heated verbal exchange. he then came out and gave... read more
Very helpful Large range of spares, new and used mowers etc
Amazing service, thought our John Deere L100 ride on mower had finally died after 20 plus years. Contacted John, who picked up our ride on late Thursday afternoon, kicked it over and advised it was the starter motor. John rang me on Saturday morning around 11am to advise he had a replacement starter motor in stock and had replaced the dead starter motor. My brushcutter hadnt been used in 3 years and it was a long shot that it could be saved due to parts seizing, etc. but these guys got it running within minutes & asked only a small remuneration. Very impressed and thankful.
