My daughter just moved in. Everything is okay as of right now. There are a lot of rules, where if you break them the office will fine you. But follow the rules and you should be okay.

My boyfriend and I lived here for 2 years and it was HORRIBLE. Within 2 months we caught between 20-30 mice. My boyfriend texted the landlord & nothing was done! I put in multiple work orders to the maintenance team and they would be marked as “completed” even though they never once did anything about it. We would constantly find dead & alive cockroaches.
