Awesome gym! Friendly staff. The establishment is super clean . I am brand new to this gym so far I had only taken Lisa Jackson class and I love it!! She is amazing. Very happy here. I will recommend this gym to anyone I promised you would love it!

I was in town on business and needed a gym for the month. This is by far the best gym I have visited in years. No matter your fitness level or the type of training your into, this place has everything you need. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. Wish they would franchise since this would take off fast!!
