Easily the best gym in the area. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Great equipment and extremely clean and well taken care of. There is a definite sense of pride in ownership at this gym.
Love it here. Great atmosphere and awesome equipment. We left our other gym because the dumbbells didn't go high enough in weight, they didn't have a variety of equipment, and there was nowhere to do plyometrics. This gym has everything we didn't have and more!
