Fell into the obnoxious sales woman’s pushing of their new loose lay vinyl wünderfloor, with supposed lifetime residential warranty. Unfortunately, got a no name flooring with unacceptable variations in color, with weirdly tapered ends and they damaged several boxes on delivery. Also have no name brand and they provided no contact or paper work for the warranty. We’re going to contact them and see if they make this right, and I’ll update if they do, but they should never have sold this flooring in the first place.
The staff was very accommodating & extremely helpful while picking out tile for our bathroom remodel. They have a wonderful selection and they were awesome about helping us stay as close to our price range as possible. I am super happy with the tile and the service!
