My husband and I purchased a NEW 2021 Volkswagen Atlas from Wyoming Valley Motors on Friday, March 19. We were satisfied with our experience and worked with the sales manager, Justin, from the initial vehicle browsing stage through the verbal agreement of sale. Bought a new 2020 Tiguan SEL have no bluetooth, no navigation and no car play for 2 months now. The dealership has been NO help in resolving the issue...Horrible customer service! DO NOT buy here
Glad their service department is open on Saturday til 3, and they carry my Goodyear tire. Goodyear dealers around here didn't carry my tire. Go figure.
My wife and I had a wonderful experience! Dominic and the sales manager bent over backwards to accommodate us. So far when anything happened that needed to be looked at Julie in the service department was more than helpful. She as well has gone above and beyond with her service. These people are the reason why I will continue to do business with this dealership!
