About 2 2-1/2 yrs ago I took my son and myself in for vision tests and glasses in Douglas. I was told my prescription I’ve had for 10+ yrs was too strong. My son ended up needing glasses as well because of his astigmatism. First they got the measurements wrong for his glasses and spent about an hour or more heating the glasses up trying to fix them to his face. We have gone here for our kids for years. Dr. Day is amazing with the kids. He is patent and kind and is very soothing with them. He never seems annoyed and my kids love him. Kyla is the tech that helps with our kids and she is also very kind and amazing the kids. If your looking for a eye dr this is place to go, old or young I promise you will have a good experience! Dr. Back was amazing when she had her own office. UNFORTUNATELY, the office staff here are awful. The customer service is poor and they want to charge you for things that you have already paid them to do. I dont know who makes the "RULES" that they keep referring to but they need to be fired. There are laws that protect consumers from this type of business dealing.

Dr Back and her staff are knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I got in quickly and they worked with my migraine issues. I have a life changing pair of sunglasses that I LOVE! Best place ever
