Theo Brown is the reason why we will come back again and again. The Wyoming Inn is a solid option, but it’s always about the people that make the real difference. Theo was accommodating and gracious from the moment we checked in. A 5-star talent, indeed.
Overall, a very nice hotel. I appreciated the complimentary cookies and snacks, and the availability of laundry facilities was an added bonus. The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to downtown. Restaurant located in hotel as well.
Sorry, I cannot speak about the hotel facilities, but they have great customer service. We had booked a room months in advance, but unfortunately on the day of our stay, our flight was delayed in Atlanta, and we didn't make it to Jackson Hole until the next day. We called the Wyominy Inn of Jackson Hole as soon as we knew we would not make it for our reservation, to let them know and ask for any consideration regarding a refund - knowing we were well past the deadline.
