Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Yes Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes

Was this dentist friendly? Yes Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Yes, they gave me one when I asked Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
