I’m updating this review to highlight the positive experiences I’ve had recently with the on-site team, especially Jarrell, Nick, and Ms. Melissa. Jarrell has always been professional, attentive, and respectful! And, since his promotion to Assistant Manager, I’ve seen a real shift in how things are managed. He’s made a noticeable difference in the way residents are treated and how issues are handled. My family and I now feel safe, seen, and heard. Do not move here. The gates are constantly broken, and the pool is almost always closed for "cleaning”, the trash bins are almost always overflowing, the YN’s will break into your car and management has done nothing to address it. They invest in things like repaving the driveway and maintaining a fake tennis court, but provide no real security. There's even a security booth, but no actual security staff. When I first moved here it was much better, since changing management nothing has improved which I thought was the whole point. Trash is always full and overloaded AND THEY CHARGE A $15 trash fee for this?? Vacuum has been out of order for who knows how long and now the car wash. The machines at the gym have been faulty for the past 2yrs. And they still advertise for these things knowing it’s not true. Very calm and quiet neighborhood. Been here for 2 years! WILL BE CONTINUING MY LEASE HERE! Can’t wait for the pool on the 29th!
