My elderly parents have been living with a disgusting infestation for almost a week now. Wynnfield Lakes Apartment Homes manager says there “is nothing they can do” since the pest control company did not show up today and it isn’t their fault. We should be appreciative that pest control is even offered. Corporate Westdale had the same “not my problem” attitude. $1800/month for this. They have dealt with mold twice in the 3 years they’ve lived here as well. Stay FAR away!!

Do not waste your time with these people. They expect their residents to live in mold and insect infested apartments. When you call and ask for help both the location and Corp is rude and doesn’t care!! Elderly people at that!! Piss poor customer service and a HUGE WASTE OF TIME!!!
