Management changes a lot but that’s corporate’s fault… mistakes are not allowed. Any reviews for “not answering the phone” is quite ridiculous. This is a 104 unit property and one young girl was doing it all with no prior experience but boy she was killing it! Maybe, you should ask yourself why or think of the possibilities of what could be going on first.
