Vehicle was brought in May 28 2026 for AC repair. The AC only blew cold on the passenger side of the vehicle. In order to perform a vehicle diagnostic the AC system was recharged and it was then determined by Volvo techs that the AC condenser needed to be replaced in order to restore proper function. After bringing the vehicle home the AC system ran fine because it had just been recharged. Highly disappointed in the treatment I recieved recently, I’m a loyal customer with Wynn Volvo of Hampton I have purchased 3 cars and recently attempted to lease a fourth. But was taken advantage of by the staff they did some unethical sales tactic and when I tried to get out of my lease the wanted me to pay approx. 14,000 dollars for a car that I returned with only 37 miles on it and in excellent condition.
