We used to love this place. Our nail tech was Great at first. I gave a large tip and then they proceeded to botch both mine and my daughters nails. How’s that for poor service?! A restful moment was turned into stress and we will not be going back

My lady was new to nails. She scoffed, rolled her eyes, and yelled a loud at me for having short natural nails. She poured rubbing alcohol into a cut a few times throughout the appointment. She forcibly shoved my hand into my face and told me I needed longer nails. She did a very poor job and at the end she yelled “Tip T-I-P!!!” at me and wrote “TIP TIP TIP” triple underlined on my receipt. Good location and pretty interior but constant bad reviews are for a reason.

Used to go in pretty regularly but when the owner/manager isn’t there the price suddenly skyrockets. I still cannot comprehend how my pedicure that usually costs $55 (deluxe and gel) costs over $70. The gal in the salon at the same time who got the same service was charged less as well. When I asked about it they said everything is an extra charge but will not tell you about it in advanced. I was looking for a new place to get manicure, I went to the front desk to ask some questions, the receptionist probably owner just pointed to the the prices board, then I want to ask again and one of the employees pointed me to the receptionist, I doubt it so rude…

Service was terrible. This place was not welcoming. I asked for a pedicure and a wax. The wax was mediocre at best. Not very detailed. I was uninformed the different type of pedicures they offer. I arrived 10 minutes before they open. There were two ladies in the chair before me getting a pedicure. My pedicurist Michelle was the worst. She was rude and didn't scrub my feet or offer me the "deluxe." I asked the other client sitting next to me what type pedicure she was getting. Her response was just a pedicure.
