I’ve been a customer here for about 8 months, and today I decided to try the powder/gel manicure for the first time. I understand that certain services come with an additional charge, but I was very disappointed to be told there would be an extra $5 fee simply because I asked the technician to file my thumbs a bit narrower, as I wasn’t happy with how square they looked.
