We purchased a new Bad Boy mower and we ordered add ones which he promised to put on at NO labor as a courtesy of buying the mower from him. After he gets the money for parts and putting them on, he wants to go back and charge us for the labor and threatened to hold our new mower if we didn’t pay him!! Who does this?? I went there to look for a Bad Boy mower. Everyone was normal hometown people that know the products they sell! I drive a little over 45 minutes to go here, with plenty of Bad Boy distributors between us. Even if they didn't have great prices I'd come here to know things are done right!!
