Yes, there are many amenities and the clubhouse is nice but consider other issues before deciding! Our elevator is broken 3-6 weeks at a time. Sometimes for months! Excuses are: Parts are coming from Canada but when asking the elevator company workers they know nothing about "Canadian parts". It also is not covered leaving tons of rainwater to rust bottom and slip on. People get stuck in them.
