As a business owner I can say Glenn runs a tight ship and delivers a quick turn around. This paired with exceptional customer service-I will not take my vehicles anywhere else! He is very knowledgeable about his craft and I would highly recommend. And let’s be honest- no one likes to see your crack-It’s hideous and illegal!
My front windshield was replaced here and the result was flawless. I am normally strict about using OEM parts, but due to the vehicle’s age I opted for a Fuyao aftermarket windshield instead of OEM. The OEM glass had a slightly darker UV band, but it was over three times the cost. The Fuyao option still delivered excellent clarity and a factory-level fit and finish. Another happy customer here. A truck in front of me thrown two rocks into my Acura MDX windshield causing a bad crack. The guys at WyndShyld took a great care of me. In two hours the windshield was replaced (looks better than the original), camera calibrated, rain sensor installed - all this for a very reasonable price. Glenn (owner) and Preston were simply amazing! Glenn was patient in walking me through the process with my insurance and explained everything thoroughly. Preston under promised and over delivered on the actual repairs on my windshield. So great to see that premium customer service still exists!!
What started as a really frustrating situation with a cracked windshield, ended up being a genuinely great experience. From start to finish, the team was incredibly communicative, professional, and easy to work with.
