No soundproofing at all. You can hear the underground garage open and close both in the upstairs and downstairs unit. You can hear EVERY footstep, toilet flush and shower from your upstairs neighbors. Almost no storage space.
We enjoy living here and it’s quiet. That’s hard to find in the city. There is lots of green space and the property company takes good care of the property.
I had such a good time looking at apartments. Christie was so nice and helpful with all my questions. She made the process so easy and effortless. I hope to be able to work with her again.
I have lived in these apartments for the past year. Management is super nice and very helpful with any requests I have. I love using their workout facility and taking my dog on walks on the path around the buildings. Highly recommend!
