Disappointed After Over a Year of Living Here My family and I have lived at Azure Cove Apartments for over a year. Up until recently, we had no issues with roaming animals on the property and it’s truly due to the old management who were phenomenal with being super proactive about addressing the needs of the residents and not tolerating foolishness. Too many inspections every time I turn around it’s a new stranger coming into my apartment. It’s very unsatisfying. They always going up on rent every year the only thing I truly feel like my money is worth is the peace, it is very peaceful and I have to just look at it like that we will be paying 2000 up coming lease sign at least pressure wash the apartments.
