This is by far the worst place to live in Savannah , GA. I moved in May 2023 into a unit without air. The maintenance man stole out of my unit. The property manager isnt well versed in her profession. My air never worked properly, and I didn’t find out that there was mold in my unit on the air conditioning system until 2025. These people had been in and out of my unit a multitude of times over a two year span and never once said I was living with mold. I was informed by a third party who was hired through the complex. Disappointed After Over a Year of Living Here My family and I have lived at Azure Cove Apartments for over a year. Up until recently, we had no issues with roaming animals on the property and it’s truly due to the old management who were phenomenal with being super proactive about addressing the needs of the residents and not tolerating foolishness.
