This is our 2nd time at this resort. The first time I could not say anything bad about the resort - thus the reaso we came back. This time - not so great. Got here a little early for check in (4pm) was told they would call us as soon as the room was ready - never got the call. At 4 we went back to the reception area and the room was ready (who knows how long it had been ready) The lighting in the bathroom and bedroom is very very dim. I asked for a late check out and was denied. Not very happy this time.
We have vacationed here 2 years in a row. It's quaint and serves its purpose. Close to the beach and pools are nice and warm outside even in late December.
Beautiful place to stay! Go see Scott at the tiki bar! Best bartender in Pompano Beach Florida!!!
Chad is the universal problem solver. Checked in to a room that was advertised much differently than it presented. Chad found accommodations in another building on the property that meets our needs. Simply fabulous.
Stayed there three days, just needed to relax and unwind, enjoyed it, Ashley was great when we checked in, had a great time with her, room wasn't the best, but it served its purpose, had a relaxing time, also enjoyed the iguanas
Outside beautiful nice atmosphere but our room kind of shabby were with RCI have a 5 star resort in kissamee Florida in vacation village so when I exchange I expect a decent place to stay our room was out dated small bed to sleep in air conditioning inadequate and noisy people at front desk were nice don't no if I would exchange here again or recommend it to friends needs a lot of updating of rooms and appliances�
Uncomfortable bed, room smells awful, ac kept shutting off. Stayed at the Palm Air before and it was great. So if you have the choice stay there not here!
