This isn't my second year here and I always have a great time. The amenities are awesome the cleanliness of the rooms are superb. Overall 5 star to me.
Room was ok.but the front desk is full of high pressure pushy salespeople who are ignorant,it's my last visit to this property

Gooday thought i booked a hotel got a surprise room was big adius at check in was nice not easy to find which building i was in .heard water pipes not very nice but extremely clean nice pool and gardens good for a few days staff very nice
Been an owner for ten years and yesterday was the worst check in ever. Got here at one, knowing that check in was four so we stored our bags and walked to Publix, room wasn't ready at four! Finally got in at 5;30. No table in the kitchen and no sheets for the cot we had to rent that used to be provided. �

Michael was amazing he took care of us like we were family. The landscaping around the pools was beautiful, room was really nice. Had a great experience hated to leave.
