DO NOT STAY HERE! Service is awful. Rooms are so outdated. Parking is a complete nightmare. They sell parking to people who don’t stay at the hotel! So the parking lot is full and you may not have a spot. AND PARKING IS $50 PER DAY!!!!
such a horrible place to stay. there is literally no parking whatsoever on weekends and even weekdays I am handicapped and there is no parking whatsoever. I tried parking and open space but they said I wasn’t It was for employees only. Elevators in tower three were horrible. They wouldn’t open unless you push the open button like 50 times. Overall, I give it two stars. Only because the ocean view was decent. That’s about it… the room I was put in did not seem anything like the pictures on the website. The room was actually depressing. You go on a vacation, book a hotel because it’s nice and comforting and relaxing. Nope. This is the first time in all my travels I did not feel like that. To the point I have to make a review!! We did enjoy the location of this hotel but their website stated there is an airport shuttle and we found out this shuttle is now only for airline workers. We had to pay $40 for an Uber to the hotel. The biggest issue we had was the hidden fees! When we booked through Expedia, we were not aware that we would be required to pay an additional $30USD per day for a “destination fee”.
