This place had the worst staff ever! It started from the first phone call to ask them if my adult child could get our keys without me since I checked in online and continued with them making her feel bad that she was on crutches and I failed to tell them, then telling her they had no rooms available to magically finding one on the first floor since this place apparently has no elevator and told her the room was for old people !
