We have been patrons of Dr. Baigs practice for close to a decade and have always appreciated the way Dr. Baig and the staff treat us. They are courteous, professional, transparent and have a great sense of care and empathy. Would and have recommended them to family and friends.
I’m extremely disappointed with the experience we had with the nurse practitioner during our recent visit. She was very rude and unprofessional, and it was clear that she does not know how to communicate appropriately with children or their families. Instead of offering support or patience, she raised her voice and yelled at the client, which was completely unacceptable. Update, June 4, 2025 - Complete turnaround since I left my original review. The office staff are very helpful now, and I'm very pleased with their responsiveness.
I'm under Dr. Baigs care. I love this team. They are attentive, and they do a lot of calls above and beyond. I also need to apologize to the gentle man from my last review. He's very funny, patient, as well as human. So my apologies for taking it out on you, as I was not myself that day. I'm sorry. Thank you and kp up the great work team.
