I’m willing to give this location 2 stars instead of 1 because they bambozel the hell out of you with the outside appearance and the lobby. The rooms are absolutely trash. I will say the front staff is great NOT!!!! This place has the most disgusting rooms. There should be signs posted on the doors caution bedbugs crossing. The rooms have a bad musty smell and I do say rooms because we where switched and nothing changed and unfortunately there where major bands in town and everything was sold out Showers where so nasty caked... read more
Room was exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room we had was divided with a small seating area and a bedroom. Check-in and check-out was a breeze with their online check-in and out process. We’ll definitely stay again when in the area. Close to shopping and casinos as well as many restaurants.
Hotel was clean and the majority of the staff was friendly. The hotel is need of a major upgrade. Everything is out dated and rusty.
The beds are comfortable.
