The bed was a full and not a queen, the bed look like they just put it together, was not made up. The front desk attendant, you had to wait, cause no one was at the desk, and they had construction going on.
Spacious. Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed.
Horrible experience
I booked a Double Queen room at the Wyndham hotel in Lake Charles expecting a comfortable and clean stay, but my experience was far from it. Upon entering the first room, I was immediately hit with a horrible odor. Thankfully, the front desk associate was kind and moved us to a King room with a pullout couch since no other Double Queens were available. Unfortunately, that room was also unacceptable—dirty overall and the pullout bed was unusable due to a bent frame. We were moved a third time, but the issues only got worse. T... read more
