Ive lived at a lot of places that have had negative reviews but really wish I would have listened to the ones on here. I left for a trip and returned to my bedroom halfway flooded because of a leak upstairs. While I was gone maintenance left a note saying they had inspected my unit. As soon as I told them it had flooded they knew exactly what had happened and tried to play it off like they didn’t. It ruined my dresser and a few of my belongings inside. Do NOT sign a lease at any AMP property. I recently moved out of Wyndham Hill apartments after living there for nearly 12 years, so I can speak with some authority about the changes I've seen during that time, from when it was a Cambridge Partners property to the time of ownership transfer to AMP in 2016. AMP is an ineffective, greedy, neglectful, nickel and dime-ing corporation (I'll get to that in a moment) that bought a 30+ year old apartment complex and thought they had a cash cow. Eldin, our lead maintenance tech, is AWESOME!
The office will NEVER answer your calls once you’re moved in. My building had a gas leak and emergency maintenance told me they weren’t gonna do anything about it and to call 911. Our gutters leak because of rust holes and it cascades directly into our ac unit and they won’t do anything about it. They took SIX MONTHS to come in and look at my maintenance requests for when I first moved in. I’m currently trying to report an issue where the postal worker left the entire mailbox open because they’re ‘open’ til 4 on Saturday’s b... read more
